Can Vich is a delightful modern villa constructed in 2004 is set in a rural setting with beautiful views of the mountains and countryside. It is also conveniently situated just off the road to Cala San Vicente.

The property consists of two twin bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room, a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave and a utility area with washing machine.

The spacious light and airy lounge dining room with satellite TV and DVD gives access to a large furnished terrace and overlooks a small vineyard.

The super swimming pool measurs 10 x 5 metres and has mosaic Roman steps. There is also a BBQ.
