The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, connected by a covered staircase accessed from the rear of the swimming pool or underground car park.
Ceiling fans are fitted in lounge/dining area, double and twin bedrooms. Additional fans can also be provided on request.
Underground parking is available for one car.
Car hire in Mallorca is generally not expensive, in comparison with other European destinations, and recommendations can be made on request, as to which rental companies to use.

Cala St Vincente is situated on the northern coast, half way between the old roman town of Pollenca, and the popular destination resort of Port de Pollenca (7 kms).
As a small coastal resort, it is a popular destination for visitors all year long, and is not restricted to the summer season.
The area is extremely popular with walkers and bird watchers, and for those wanting to avoid the masses at peak season.
Use of a car is recommended for exploring other local beauty spots in the area, although a seasonal bus service is operated.
