Outside is a covered terrace overlooking the pool with gas BBQ. To the side of the villa is a large grassy area ideal for playing games etc. There is also an outdoor shower.
The whole of the property is walled in with an automatic gate. The pool is fenced so it is all very safe for children. We also provide a box of beach toys including buckets, spades etc for children.
The villa is located in Subac/Crestatx...5 mins to Sa Pobla, 8 mins to Pollensa, 15 mins Port De Pollensa and 15 mins to Alcudia, close to the Campanet road for cycling. |

The villa has a countryside location with a private pool. A car is essential although there is a bus service to Pollensa and the Port. It is just 3 minutes drive to a good supermarket and within walking distance of a local restaurent. The villa is well situated for cyclists, and the numerous good cycling routes on the Island.
