Delightful, spacious apartment in the centre of Puerto Pollensa
This spacious, airy and very comfortable apartment is situated just two minutes walk from the beautiful cobbled pine walk with its many restaurants, boutiques and beaches.
The apartment a pleasant fully fitted kitchen with integral appliances including a dishwasher, there is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and ironing board.
Off the large hallway there are two large very nicely furnished bedrooms to the rear of the apartment. One has a kingsize bed and the other has two singles. Both have plenty of wardrobe space. There is a nicely fitted bathroom with shower over the bath.
The large attractively furnished lounge/diner opens out onto a very pleasant balcony with views of the mountains perfect for catching the late evening sun.
If there are more than four guests requiring accomodation, there is a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Normally it is only for owners use. Price on request.
The apartment benefits from a lovely patisserie across the road where you can buy early morning croissants and pastries.
The market square is nearby with numerous bars and restaurants. It holds an excellent weekly market on a Wednesday.
