Centrally located, a stones throw from beautiful beaches and the picturesque town square, the property comprises a large lounge leading onto a spacious balcony. This is utilised as a delightful outdoor dining area and in the evenings you can soak in the lively ambience of Puerto Pollensa. A large, well equipped kitchen also leads to the balcony. All 3 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, secondary double glazing and window shutters which ensure the apartment remains a peaceful retreat from the lively town.
