This excellent 2nd floor apartment is situated above a private communal courtyard garden. Being centrally located it is close to the shops and restaurants with the beach and Pine Walk only a five minute stroll away. There is a new public swimming pool 250mts away and the golf course is just 7km up the road.
The apartment sleeps 5 and consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, has a complete en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds whilst the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the guest bathroom comprises a toilet, vanity unit and shower. A cot and highchair can be arranged for a small charge.
The L-shaped lounge/diner is comfortably furnished and has terrestrial and digital TV, Video, DVD and CD/Tape player with radio. There are a number of videos for your use. Fully glazed doors lead on to the furnished balcony.
The fully fitted and well eqipped kitchen has an oven, halogen hob with light & extractor fan, fridge-freezer and microwave, plus table and chairs. A door leads to the utility room that houses a traditional sink and automatic washing machine. |

A car is not necessary, but if you have one there is a private underground car park available upon request for a refundable deposit. We are also able to accept payment in Euros. A representative from our Property Administrators will visit you within 48 hours to ensure you have settled in and assist with any problems/queries you may have.
