This modern-lighty apartment (modernized 2007) has a great view, behind pine walk, in front of the Oro Playa Hotel, 20 mts from the beach. The center (square, church, ....) its only 5 min walking. The apartment is in the 2nd floor of a small building, entering from Formentor street and situated in Pescador street building side.
Also, owner has an office in the building, so you can contact him easily.
The living area has SATELLITE TV,DVD,MP3,A/CON, a long sofa bed which can be either 2 singles beds or 1 double.
The bedroom has two king size beds and a fitted wardrobe and safe.The new open plan kitchen is fully equiped as is the bathroom. Very interesting for family with one or two small children.

This is an ideal family apartment in a fantastic location. Everything you will need for your holiday is close by - Beautiful sandy beaches, an excellent selection of restaurants & bars & lots of choice if you fancy shopping.
There is no need to rent a car, however if you do, there is a free off road car park close by.
