Delightful 3 bedroom Vila with a private garden and pool.

As you enter through the gate you have a garden area and steps leading to a covered terrace for al fresco diningor relaxing, and the main entrance.
The villa consists of a main house with two twin bedrooms, lounge and dining room, kitchen, one toilet and one bathroom.
The sitting room is comforatlby furnished and has two sofas and three armchairs, Fireplace, Television etc. Both the living room and dining room face the front covered terrace that looks over Puerto Pollensa.
To the back of the house there is a large fully equipped kitchen, two twin rooms, one bathroom and one toilet.
Next to the main entrance is an annex room with ensuite whith its own separate entrance. This annex is included in the rental.
The pool is kidney shaped and approximately 4x3mt. With a shallow end and walk in steps for children.
The villa is heated for the winter.
Air conditioning with hot and cold air.
Cot available to rent for GBP 20 per week.

This villa is built on the El Vila hill, there are some 10 steps to climb up to the house.
Parking is free outside the house.
ARRIVAL:
Taxi transfers can be arranged with a local taxi company.

The pool is private and set within a mediterranean garden.
The El Vila area is a quiet residential area. The villa is on a hill, parking is free.
Vila is not suitable for Elderly people.
A Car is recommended. Cycling groups may not need it.
