Luxury Family Apartment less than 100m from the Beach
Less than 100 metres from the famous ‘Pine Walk’ and right in the heart of town is our luxury first floor apartment.
Ideal holiday home for couples, friends and families. Although there is a swimming pool in the complex, you are so close to some of the best beaches in Mallorca that you will probably prefer to use them.
The apartment will comfortably sleep six and comprises of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A family bathroom, along with another twin bedroom and a smaller bedroom fitted with bunk beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The beds are all comfortable to sleep in. A fitted kitchen and utility room with full size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The living area includes; TV, video player, DVD and CD Player leading to a terrace with mountain views.
Preferred changeover day is Sunday, as many visitors found they got better airfare rates, although this is flexible.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor but there is a lift in the building which makes life easier for families with pushchairs.
Further Details
The pool is communal and the beaches are very safe and very close.
Just 45 mins from Palma, the resort offers everything for a relaxing holiday. Good beaches, safety for children, great restaurants with a wide range of cuisine. Oh yes, there are one or two rather nice bars as well !!
