Newly refurnished luxury apartment in the highly sought after area of Bellesreguard, just off the Pine Walk and 50 metres from the beach.
It features an expansive roof terrace (90 metres sq - the same size as the entire living area below) with incredible 360 degree views of mountains and sea. It has a bbq, paella cooking equipment, sunloungers, a mosaic dining table plus 6 chairs and outdoor shower.
The living area below also has a balcony with dining table and chairs that overlook the gardens and beautiful tiered pool area.
The apartment sleeps 6 people in 2 double bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom) and 1 single with bunk beds.
It has been totally refurnished this season with new leather sofas, flat screen tv and bedding. There is air conditioning and heating; a washing machine, a dishwasher and microwave.
As we have young children, we have ensured that it has everything from a travel cot and high chair to bottle steriliser, monitor, toys and dvd's.
There is a small but well stocked supermarket within the complex. It also sells take-away snacks and drinks and has tables outside. The Pine Walk is literally the other side of the road ! |

25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 10 weeks before. This can be paid by cheque or by direct transfer to our UK bank.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is also required. This is added to the remaining balance and then refunded by cheque on your return.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by stairs. There is no lift or wheelchair access.
There is ample parking available in the complex's own car park.
Further Details
The pool is a beautiful three tiered communal pool, suitable for length swimming or toddlers' splashing. There are free sunloungers around the pool for your use.
For all bookings, we provide a 15 page comprehensive brochure including location map; full directions; emergency numbers and tourist information.
A car is not necessary as the main town is a mere 10 minutes stroll along the pine walk.
