The apartment is situated on the 2nd(top) floor but there is no lift so not suitable for wheelchairs etc.
Further Details
Although there is ample parking facility a car is not essential as all ammenities are within walking distance. Main Marina area is only 800 metres away; restaurants, shops & bars only 500metres and chemist/24 hr doctor is only 5 mins away!
