Lovely, light, spacious 2 bedroom apartment close to beach
Las Araucarius is a bright, attractive apartment building in the quiet residential area of Pinaret.
The lovely South sandy beach and promenade are only a 5 min walk away and a further 5 min stroll takes you to the town and pretty marina of Puerto Pollensa where you will find a host of shops, bars and good restaurants.
The 2nd (Top) floor apartment is strictly NO SMOKING and has generously proportioned rooms.
Both bedrooms have ceiling mounted fans and plenty of wardrobe space. One of the bedrooms has access to a small balcony. A safety deposit box is also provided.
The light and airy lounge/diner includes a TV, DVD player, CD/radio/casette player to make your stay more comfortable and a home from home. (A selection of DVD's are available in the apartment but feel free to take your own.) It overlooks the balcony where meals can also be eaten al-fresco.
The fully equipped kitchen has oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine for your convenience.
There is a spacious bathroom which comprises: bath, shower, sink and bidet. The toilet is housed seperately. |

Accessibility
The apartment is reached via the staircase as there is no lift and has secure intercom access from the front of the building.
Further Details
A car is not essential as the apartment is within easy walking distance of all of Puerto Pollensa's amenities including public transport should you wish to explore the Island, however there is plenty of on-street parking should you have a hire-car.
The bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
Guests are very welcome to use the pool, shop, cafe/bar at the nearby Aparthotel, Villa Concha.
We hope wherever possible to offer flexible changeover days and times to assist in finding cheaper air fares etc. For extended/longer Winter term lets please contact us for more information and negotiation!
