This large apartment (72 sq.m) is on the top floor of a quiet 3 storey block in a cul-de-sac just off the beachside promenade. Ideal for couples or small families.
The large lounge area (72 sq.ms) has a double sofabed, adjoining kitchen, and two sets of french doors leading to a private balcony with table and chairs for al fresco dining or entertaining. There is a TV/DVD/CD player, satellite receiver plus a selection of books, games and DVD's .
The south facing twin bedroom has a juliet balcony with partial sea views. A large wardrobe space, and shower room adjacent. A comfortable guest bed and a travel cot are available free of charge. There is also a second bathroom with bath and shower.
The kitchen has a four ring gas hob/oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and granite worksurfaces . There is a fully equipped utility room.
You can choose from the private pool or
the long sandy beach opposite (50m) with watersports available. It is only a short walk to the restaurants, markets shops and Pine Walk.
A large roof terrace for sunbathing offers wonderful views of bay, nature reserve and mountains
Parking is no problem outside the block.

Apartment is on the top floor, so there is only the roof terrace above. It is a low three storey block with no lift access.
Further Details
The block is situated in a superb location with the beach just across the road, handy for the sail and surf and watersports enthusiasts. Whilst behind is the nature reserve providing a lovely walk and access to a large supermarket.
Parking is available outside the building in the cul de sac. A car is not required as the apartment is centrally located within minutes of all amenities.
