Spacious Apartment with pool - close to the beach
Capella is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment only minutes from the sandy beach and convenient for restaurants and supermarkets.
The bathroom and Kitchen have been completely renovated this winter, putting the finishing touches to the apartment. The furnishings are comfortable, the sheets and towels are fresh cotton and the views of the mountains and bay are wonderful. There is a community pool.
The apartment overlooks a field that often has grazing horses and has open views of the Tramuntana Mountains and the bay. There is a double bedroom with a king size bed and a twin bedroom, both have fitted wardrobes. The lounge, dining room is large and has a stereo, DVD, video player, and a balcony with a table and chairs for dining or just enjoying the views. The kitchen is new and modern with a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Gas hob etc.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the 3rd Floor ( if you count the ground floor as the 1st floor) therefore there are no apartments above you ( no noise ). You also have access to the roof where there are more magnificent views of the Bay of Pollensa and the open sea.
Further Details
There is a community pool and garden. the walk to the centre of town only takes 15 mins along the promenade and a car is not essential. Close to the best beach area in Puerto Pollensa.
Parking is available at the entrance to the apartment.
