Modern Apartment in Peaceful Pinaret 2 Minutes Walk to Beach
Modern 2 bedroom apartment with private parking located in the Pinaret district.
Very popular with family groups due to the proximity of the beach (2 minutes walk), playground, restaurants and bars. Pine Walk is less than 10 minutes walk.
There is a large furnished covered terrace, leading from both the living and dining areas.
The first floor apartment has separate living room and dining room. The spacious living room is equipped with 2 sofas (1 double sofa bed), satellite TV, DVD player and stereo. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
There is one double bedroom and one with 3 single beds, with en-suite bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier.
The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and fans. The apartment is cleaned and towels are changed weekly.
Changeover day is usually weekends, but we are flexible so please ask.
