It is located in a quiet residential area, yet within 5 mins walk of local bars, restaurants and shops, and only 100m to a beautiful sandy beach.
The first floor of the apartment has two double bedrooms (one twin), a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet with basin.
There is a large open plan lounge and dining area, with dining table, television and DVD/CD player. This area leads to two separate terraces.
The apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, halogen hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.
To the second floor is a large double bedroom and a very spacious sun terrace with electric awning and wooden furniture. This boasts wonderful mountain and sea views, and is ideal for outdoor eating or relaxing evening drinks.
There is a small safe for guest use, plus fire extinguisher, fire blanket and a portable radio/CD player.
A high chair and travel cot are provided, as well as toys, games, buckets and spades, and DVDs for children.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the second floor of the block and has no lift or disabled access, hence would not be suitable for anybody who has difficulty with stairs.
Further Details
Taxis and buses are available from Palma, and the apartment is within easy walking distance of all amenities in Puerto Pollensa.
A car would not be required unless you wish to explore the island, and there is a private covered parking space in the grounds of the apartment block.
The apartment does not have its own pool, but guests are welcome to use the pool of the neighouring aparthotel, only 50m away, which also has a public bar.
There is a beautiful beach only 100m away, ideal for children as the beach has a very shallow gradient and clean water.
There is a shaded children's play area only 75m from the apartment, with swings, slide, etc.
Two adult bikes are provided free of charge for guests, both equipped with child seats/helmets.
We are flexible with regard to changeover days and shorter periods of rental, so please contact us with any queries.
