The apartment is large, comfortable, well-furnished and well equipped and has an unusually shaped Lounge and dinning area with a balcony overlooking the Pool and well maintained gardens. There are three bright and airy bedrooms and two bathrooms and rear balcony with Laundry facilities leading off from the fully fitted kitchen. Widescreen TV with English satellite Channels, Video and private parking space are a bonus. The apartment is set in a quiet backwater of Llenaire at the far south of the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The location is ideal for a relaxing holiday but only a fifteen minute walk from the centre of the town and all the superb restaurants and shops.
A car is not essential but could be useful especially if you want to explore some of the other towns and villages on the Island. |
