This spacious ground floor apartment has air conditioning and heating and plenty of outdoor space with a south facing terrace and two patios. The apartment is situated in the picturesque Pinaret area, 250m from the beautiful sandy beach and within easy level walking distance from the shops, bars and restaurants, along the lovely sea front.
The large lounge/dining room is tastefully decorated and includes a very comfortable sofa bed, satellite TV/DVD. The bedroom, which can have either a double or twin beds, has ample storage with two wardrobes and cupboards. There is also a travel cot available. Luxury linen and towels are provided
Leading off from the entrance hall is a full bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet plus a second guest toilet and wardrobe. Fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker etc. Separate utility room with washing machine. There is ample parking space outside.
The near-by Villa Concha welcomes guests to use their pool and other facilities.
