On the ground floor there is a hall, comfortable living room with two sofas, a fireplace, and view of the pool, the dining room, traditionally furnished with modern art pictures.
There is then a less formal living area adjoining the kitchen, L shaped seating, tv and an island separating the kitchen area which has a combination hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Laundry area with washing machine , near to the pool and barbecue. (drinks fridge). Kitchen area incorporating barbecue, hob and sink, overlooking the pool, garden, and mountains.On the ground level is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a shared bathroom. Stairs lead up to a twin bedroom and a double bedroom which share a bathroom. Afurther twin bedroom has views across the garden and an en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom also looking to the garden has a with shower room. Outside there is a large swimming pool with a beautiful water statue feature, luxury barbecue, wonderful garden, surrounding fountains, with statues. |

The large swimming pool is communal. A car is not essential as the villa is in minutes walking distance of shops and restaurants and about a 15 – 20 minute walk from the center of Puerto Pollensa.
