Two large bedrooms with double beds, fitted wardobes and ensuite bathrooms (one with private terrace). The roof terrace with a view of Puig Maria is perfect for breakfast, sunbathing and drinks. The patio with climbing plants has a fireplace and an outhouse/utility room with storage space. The kitchen has cooker, microwave, pantry cupboard, dishwasher, fridge and all mod cons. The sitting room has a docking station, satellite television, sofas (one is a double sofabed) and fireplace.

Accessibility
The property is accessed from the culdesac. There are steps - not recommended for wheelchair users but fine for pushchairs.
Further Details
This house is setback in a secluded culdesac off Calle L'Horta. Cars can enter the alley for unloading but should be parked nearby. Although public transport to Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Palma is regular and cheap, those venturing further afield may want a car.
