Our second floor apartment (with lift) is situated only 1 minutes walk from the beach and is only a 10 minute stroll along the Pine Walk to the Town Centre and Shops. There is also a balcony with a glimpse of the sea. It has two double bedrooms, both equipped with full air conditioning . There is a fitted kitchen , a full bathroom (shower only) We do not provide towels, washing machine, and a nice comfortable lounge area with 38 inch Flat Screen satellite t.v. and a video and dvd recorder. A lovely light lounge leading out on to a sun terrace with seating and a table. A beautiful large swimming pool and a exclusive restuarant adjoining the pool.
The apartment is located at the exclusive Pine Walk end of Pollensa just behind the famous Illa D’or Hotel. |
