The villa is detached and is surrounded by its own small enclosed garden. It has 2 terraces for dining al-fresco or sunbathing - one of which is a roof terrace. There are 2 twin-bedded rooms with ample storage space. The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave as well as electric oven. The pretty lounge has two comfortable sofas, CD, videos & TV. The dining area seats four. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (no bath) and has recently been refitted.

All rooms are on ground-floor level making it ideal for young and old alike. The sitting room now boasts new double-glazed patio doors opening on to a mellow terracotta terrace.
