The property was completely renovated during 2008/09 with fully equipped kitchen leading to covered outside eating area with an original pizza oven. The property has stone walls 800mm thick which enables the interior to maintain a comfortable temperature. Swimming pool 5m. x 10m. Large garden with many fruit trees. Views to mountains.
15 minutes to unspoilt, sandy, safe beach at Parc Nautural de S’Albufera between Alcudia and Can Picafort. Excellent location for either a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings or for sightseeing. Inca has good shops, a popular weekly market, bars and restaurants. Easily accessible from the airport (40 minutes mostly motorway).
Access to the house is good, although there are some internal steps between rooms so the house is not suitable for wheelchairs users. |

Further Details
The private pool is 10m x 5m, sunbeds and mattresses are provided. BBQ and original pizza oven. The finca stands in one and a half acres and originally farmed almonds which are still plentiful. There are also orange, lemon, pomegranate and fig trees (which can be picked). The local farmer drives his sheep past the house twice a day.
A car is recommended
