Can Petit is a newly converted stone cottage with its own entrance via electric gates. It is in one corner of our large two acre secluded fenced grounds shared only by our totally separate villa with its own entrance. Mature gardens all around provide great exploring for all and screens the properties.
There are breathtaking views looking out over trees with oranges, figs and lemons, grape vines and palms and onwards to the Tramontana mountains.

The property features high beamed ceilings with cool stone features. A cozy woodburner is there for cooler days.

The attractive mosaic pool, 8m x 4m, is close to the house surrounded by a large terrace and fruit trees. At the front of the house is another large terrace with a roof overhang for alfresco dining in the shade, if required.
We like to think that we have provided all things necessary for a great stay, down to the hairdryer! There is a water softner and drinking water system, so there is no need for bottled water here.
There is Wi-Fi internet access.
We have guests who return here many times, which just says it all!

Accessibility

As the property is on one level, it is quite suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
The gated entrance leads directly onto the large parking area and the patios, pool, cottage etc are all then on one level.
Further Details

The generous sized private pool has a large terrace for sunbathing, loungers supplied, and playing. There is outside seating under the porch for that evening sundowner.
It is quite rural here, with agriculture and grazing animals around. The sounds of the country can be quite soporific!

A car is probably a good idea, there are so many exciting places to explore around the area. It is only a few minutes drive to shops and beaches.
All linen is provided included bath and pool towels.
Cot and high chair available.
