Very nice luxury country house with swimming-pool
Luxury 5 bedrooms villa (new building) in Pollença area.
In the ground floor there is a huge kitchen fully fitted (micro, oven, fridge, toster, vitro, washingmachine, dishwasher...). There is a living with sofas and fire place, and a big wood table in the dinningroom.
There is a central heating and a/c in all the roooms.
From the living room you can acces to the main terrace, and you have really nices view from the mountain, the garden and and swimingpool.
Threre is a twin bedroom with bath en suite.
In the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed and another twin), 1 bathroom in each bedroom.
From the 2 mains bedroom you can acces to the balcony and terrace..
There is another terrace from the other bedroom.
If you want to use your computer there is wi-fi
There is a BBQ.
Josefa is in a quite area close to Pollença town (1'5 km) and 5 km from the sea.
