This excellent air conditioned 2nd floor apartment is situated above a private gated communal courtyard garden. Being centrally located it is close to the shops and restaurants with the beach and Pine Walk only a five minute stroll away.

The apartment sleeps 5 and consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, has a complete en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds whilst the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the guest bathroom comprises a toilet, vanity unit and shower.

The L-shaped lounge/diner is comfortably furnished and has digital Spanish TV and all British Freesat channels, Video, DVD and CD/Tape player with radio. There are a number of DVDs, CDs and Videos for your use. Fully glazed doors lead on to the furnished balcony.

The fully fitted and well eqipped kitchen has an oven, halogen hob with light & extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave & dishwasher. A glazed door leads to the utility room that houses a traditional sink, automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Accessibility

Access to the apartment is initially by way of a locked gate which leads to the private courtyard gardens, then on to the secure entrance to the block. There are both stairs and a lift to this 2nd floor apartment.
Further Details

Beach towels are now included as part of the rental package. There is also a hair dryer, iron and ironing board for your use.

A car is not necessary, but if you have one there is a private underground car park available upon request for a refundable deposit.

There is air-con in the lounge/diner and the master bedroom with floor-standing fans in the other bedrooms.

We are also able to accept payment in Euros.
