The apartment is on the first floor, easily reached by using the lift or stairs.
Further Details
The pool is communal but with very few apartments in the block it never gets busy, it is situated in a pretty walled area that is very private, excellent and safe for children.
There is no need for a car as everything is within walking distance.
Taxi rank is 3 minutes walk as is everything else.
All apartments are privately owned.
