This modern-light apartment is in 2nd line (behind Pine Walk), in front of the Oro Playa Hotel, 20 mts from the beach. The centre (square, church, ....) is only 5 min walk. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small building.
Restaurants and supermakets are very near.
Also, owner has an office in the building, so you can contact him easily.
The living area has TV LCD, DVD,,A/CON, a long sofa bed which can be either 2 singles beds or 1 double.
The bedroom has two beds and a fitted wardrobe and safe. The new open plan kitchen is fully equipped as is the bathroom. Very interesting for family with one or two small children.
Air con in dining room covers all the apartment.
Enjoy the sun with a drink on your balcony facing the mountains with lovely views of the Boquer Valley.
The Pine Walk only a few metres away with its fantastic and incomparable walk.
