Our second floor apartment (with lift) is situated only 1 minutes walk from the beach , and has a balcony with a good sea view . It has two double bedrooms ,both equipped with full air conditioning . There is a fitted kitchen , a full bathroom (shower only) , washing machine , and a nice comfortable lounge area with satellite t.v. and a video recorder , leading out on to a sun terrace with seating and a table.
The apartment is located at the exclusive Pine Walk end of Pollensa just behind the famous Illa D’or Hotel. At the back of the apartment is a very large swimming pool (please note that the pool is not usually in service until after the easter weekend) and sun terrace and there is a tennis court at the side of the building. On the ground floor there is a small supermarket , which is very well equipped . Also a hairdressers and a very friendly bar/restaurant , with sky t.v. , pool table and you can book the tennis court hire from here.
