As you enter the apartment you have an open plan kitchen and dining area, a living area and a furnished terrace overlooking the pool area. The views are open and over the Boquer residential area.
Off the living room is the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and gardens. At the end of the entrance hall are two twin bedrooms and a second bathroom that is shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, vitroceramic hobs, toaster, kettle etc. The apartment is decorated with a modern clean look, and it is ideal for a family wanting to be in a quiet residential area near all local amenities. This apartment provides clean sheets and towels; these are changed once per week.
