This lovely detached villa set in its own private garden is located in the peaceful residential CaŽn Singala area of Puerto Pollensa and is only a 3 minute walk from the beautiful Pine Walk and beach.
The spacious living room with dining area leads out onto a garden terrace with a further terrace to the rear of the house. There is also roof top sun terrace with views of the surrounding mountains. The good sized modern kitchen is well fitted and has a microwave.
There are three bedrooms (two with twin beds which can be placed together or apart as required) with ample built-in wardrobe space and two modern bathrooms.
The property has been upgraded during winter 2011/12 to include aircon in the bedrooms & heating throughout.
There are a couple of local shops within a short walk, aswell as a bar with wifi access and swimming pool. The centre of Puerto Pollensa with its historic Church Square and an abundance of shops and restaurants is only about a 20 minute stroll away along the seafront Pine Walk.

The Villa is all on ground level.
Further Details
A car is not essential as the Pine Walk beach, shops and some restaurants are within a few minutes walk, but it could be a bonus if you wanted to get out and about and see more of the Island.
