This lovely detached villa set in its own private garden is located in the peaceful residential CaŽn Singala area of Puerto Pollensa and is only a 3 minute walk from the beautiful Pine Walk and beach.
The spacious living room leads out onto a garden terrace and there is roof top sun terrace with views of the surrounding mountains. The good sized kitchen has been completely refurbished (completed March 2007).
There are three bedrooms (two with twin beds which can be placed together or apart as required) with ample built-in wardrobe space and two modern bathrooms.
Nearby is a Bar/Restaurant with swimming pool and shops. The centre of Puerto Pollensa with its historical Church Square and an abundance of shops and restaurants is only about a 20 minute stroll away.

Further Details
A car is not essential as the Pine Walk beach, shops and some restaurants are within a few minutes walk, but it could be a bonus if you wanted to get out and about and see more of the Island.
