The newly built apartment is situated in the quiet area of Boquer valley, one of the prime areas of Puerto Pollensa for seeing rare birds and wonderful to combine the mountain views, special in winter time and beautifull in summer with being so near to the splendid Pine walk beach and only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Puerto Pollensa.
The spacious property has air conditioning throughout and consists of a Lounge dining room that leads on to a terrace a pleasant private garden with a small private swimming pool 5 mt x3 mt and 1´40 deep nice terrace with barbecue, table, seats and sun beds.
There are three bedrooms, two double and 1 twin with 2 bunks beds, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), fully fitted large kitchen and Laundry room. In the lounge are Satellite TV, DVD and CD players.
