This first floor property overlooks a wooded area to the front, with west-facing mountain views, and backs onto the large, communal pool with mature landscaped gardens with trees and an ornamental pond.
The apartment (with TV/DVD) has a comfortable living room / dining area opening onto a balcony (seats 6) with modern furnishings throughout. There is individually controlled air-conditioning (and heating) in each room.
There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath/shower/wc), a twin bedroom, shower room with w.c. and a third single bedroom with bunk beds.
The fitted kitchen stocked with crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. has a ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster. The separate utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is on the first floor up a short flight of steps.
Further Details
Lovely circular communal pool, with separate shallow-part, in landscaped gardens.
A car is an added advantage but is not a necessity as the beach, shops, restaurants and local ameneties are all with in walking distance.
