Welcome to our home away from home situated in lovely Puerto Pollensa, Majorca.
We are only two minutes from the beach, on the Bellresgaurd estate and a ten minute stroll along the beautiful Pine Walk to the centre of town so we couldn't be better placed
The apartment is very modern and consists of 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms share an additional bathroom. A lounge/dining room leading out onto the balcony and a very well fitted kitchen and utility room. The apartment has just been completely redecorated so is in fantastic condition.
As we are on the second floor we also have a private roof terrace with a shower and BBQ for those evenings when the stroll into town is just too much for you after a hard days sunbathing, and where you can enjoy some great views of the town and the surrounding mountains
We also have the benefit of a secluded shared swimming pool surrounded by landscaped gardens and ornamental ponds
