Apartment d2-2 is a privately owned holiday home that is available to rent between April and October.
The apartment is furnished in a modern contemporary style and finished to a high standard.
The principal living space is open plan, containing both the lounge and dining area. There is a balcony terrace with views to the sea and the mountains.
The master bedroom has a double bed, private en-suite bathroom and balcony terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate shower room.
A swimming pool, large sunbathing terraces and lawned areas are available for residents and their guests.
An underground designated car park space is available and can be used by guests. In addition, a children's play area is located within the development. |

Payment notes
To confirm a booking, a 40% (non refundable) deposit is required. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is within 8 weeks of arrival, then the total amount is to be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge. 8-4 weeks - the owner will retain 50% of the balance paid. 4-2 weeks - the owner will retain 75% of the balance paid. 2-0 weeks - the owner will retain 100% of the balance paid. If the deposit or balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Booking payments can be made by debit/credit cards via PayPal in GB pounds or Euros. (Please note a 2% charge is to be added.)
