Eneas is a modern, exceptionally spacious, air-conditioned ground-floor apartment with a sun terrace, a private garden, 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 9 people. The Eneas building (9 apartments in total) has probably the largest and most secluded garden of all the properties in the Bellresguard Estate.
The sitting/dining room (35x16ft) and ALL 4 bedrooms have patio doors to the private enclosed garden (with outdoor dining and sofa seating area). The garden leads directly onto the beautiful landscaped communal gardens with a large swimming pool and separate toddler pool .
Eneas is luxuriously appointed with traventino marble floors and bathrooms, fully equiped modern kitchen, separate utility room, wireless BROADBAND internet connection, Digital TV with UK BBC and ITV channels, DVD, VHS Video, and Hi-Fi (with speakers in every bedroom and bathroom!). As our family holiday home, it has been furnished very comfortably with egyptian cotton bedlinen, goose down duvets, videos, books, childrens toys, games, etc.
The Bellresguard Estate is 200m from the beach and Pine Walk. The resort centre is 700m and the foothills of the Tramontana mountains are directly behind the apartment.

Bellresguard is an exclusive estate, only 200m from the seafront situated in Puerto Pollensa, one of the prettiest resorts in Mallorca. Situated on a large sheltered bay with sandy beaches, the Puerto lies beneath a stunning mountain landscape and is an area of outstanding natural beauty. In the town centre there is a large seafront promenade with small shops, bars and restaurants running alongside more sandy beaches where children can play whilst you eat, drink and soak up the atmosphere.
The nearby 4 star Illyador Hotel (200 metres) has a tennis court and Health/Beauty spa open to open residents
