Spacious second floor apartment in an enviable position only 150 metres from the Pine Walk and golden sandy beach, and a gentle stroll into the main square with its large selection of bars, cafes and restaurants.
Newly decorated and furnished to a high standard, this fully air conditioned apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one en suite and a second shower room/ toilet.
Separate newly fitted kitchen and open plan living area leading onto a large balcony. The master bedooom also opens onto the balcony. There is a safe that you can use.
The apartment has TV with UK terrestrial and Freeview channels (including BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4) and DVD. We have a small selection of DVDs in the apartment and there is a DVD hire shop just up the road.
There is a shared swimming pool and views from the balcony to the mountains in one direction and the sea in the other.
The apartment has central heating, making it ideal for winter breaks when you can explore the island at your own pace, either on foot, cycling or driving.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and has lift access.
There are five steps from the pavement into the entrance hall and lift.
Further Details
The 12 metre long pool is ideal for swimming and is normally quiet. Although there is a large terrace area, no sun loungers are provided. As an alternative to the pool, the Pine Walk and quiet golden beaches are only 150 m away.
The apartment is in a quiet road with ample parking. A car is not essential for your stay in the port as all amenities are within walking distance.
We request you do not smoke within the apartment.
