Traditional house. Courtyard garden, roof terrace, views of sea/mountains
Excellent location in narrow street behind the Pine Walk. The house has a courtyard garden for eating al-fresco and a roof terrace for sunbathing. The gated garden is very safe for children and the roof terrace has a stair gate for safety.
Both double bedrooms are similar in size, one has a double bed and the other has two singles. Either room can accomodate an extra child bed or cot. The comfortable lounge has two sofas, dining table to seat six,satellite TV, DVD and an open fire. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave. It also has the original stone sink unit.
The house has the added benefit of a garage which can be used for storage of bikes, beach toys etc. For winter lets heating is provided via the open fire in the lounge and electric heaters.
Visitors are welcome to use any of the boats, inflatables, buckets, spades but please replace if lost. |
