Comfortable, newly built by Taylor Woodrow apartment (first season 2009) located in the centre of Puerto Pollensa just 50m from both the church square and beach. The 105m2 apartment comes very well equipped and is fully air conditioned (hot/cold) throughout. Leading off from the entrance hall the lounge/dining room offers television (satellite), DVD, and two balconies with views of the Tramuntana mountain range. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and a separate laundry room with washing machine. There are 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is an additional shower room which is shared between the 2 twin bedded rooms. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes. Communal swimming pool, solarium (we have sun loungers for our guests), little garden and lift. Just in front of the flat there is a park suitable for the children and is located close to local shops and restaurants and just 50 m from the beach, so car is not necessary. |

The apartment is situated in a peaceful area of Puerto Pollensa, about 50 metres from the beautiful sandy beach. There are good restaurants and bars within 2 minutes walk, and shops and supermarkets at about the same distance. The town centre is 2 minutes walk. The charming old town of Pollensa is only 10 minute drive away and the apartment is ideally situated for trips into the mountains or along the coast.
The apartment also has a baby-cot and a high child chair.
