This attractive, penthouse apartment with private roof terrace is located in the highly sought after Boquer Valley area of Puerto Pollensa only a few minutes walk from local shops and restaurants, the pretty Pollensa Bay beaches and the famous Pine Walk.

The accommodation comprises spacious lounge/dining area; a fully-fitted kitchen; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one twin-bedded room, one single bedroom and a family bathroom. The lounge/dining room opens onto a large, furnished balcony with an attractive open outlook towards the Bay. Each of the three bedrooms has access to the rear balcony which overlooks the communal swimming pool and stunning mountains. There is a small utility area with a washing machine and sink adjacent to the rear balcony. An internal spiral staircase leads to the private roof terrace from which you can enjoy spectacular views of Pollensa Bay and the surrounding countryside or simply relax with a book on the sunloungers.

The property has air-con/heating throughout so is perfectly suitable for a lazy summer holiday at the height of the season or for pursuing more active hobbies in the cooler months.

There is also a DVD player in the lounge.

Accessibility

The apartment is situated on the second floor of the building and access is by staircase only. There is no lift or wheelchair access.
Further Details

This is a residential block and there are community rules regarding excessive noise and use of the pool which must be adhered to. Private parking is available at the rear of the building although a car is not essential as the property is within walking distance of the village and amenities.
