There is a large communial pool with paddling area and the beech is but a mere 100 metres away. A car is recommended to explore but not essential, there is also a covered parking area next to the villa.
For the kids there are buckets and spades, fishing nets and for the older kids there is a large selection of books, Sky TV, DVD/CD player and a champagne bucket.
