The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is serviced by a lift. Absolutely ideal for families or the elderly due to its suberb location. It has been built with slightly extra wide doors for wheelchair users. The bathrooms are also fully accessible as they have walk in showers.
Further Details
Puerto Pollensa's large promenade area is just minutes walk from the apartment. There is always plenty to do in the area, whether it is a dip in the sea, a leisurely evening stroll or a swim in the pool. A car is not essential due the central location of the apartment.
