A lovely air-conditioned top floor apartment, recently redecorated and beautifully finished, with a large balcony overlooking the pool.
All our visitors agree it's in the perfect location in the lovely Pinaret area - around 100m from the sandy beach.
Shops, restaurants and bars are a few steps further; in 10 minutes you are on the Pine Walk or in the town square enjoying live music, pre-dinner drinks and people-watching while deciding which of the restaurants to try!
Pollensa is a year-round resort attractive to families like ours looking for a sunshine holiday and also to cyclists, walkers and golfers looking to enjoy Mallorca any time.
Our apartment sleeps 6 adults, has a spacious sitting/dining room, a balcony with large table/chairs for al fresco dining, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room. Three bedrooms are very comfortable with fitted wardrobes and drawer space. There are two bathrooms, one en suite. Air-con keeps it cool in summer and there is heating for cooler months. Entertainment includes Sky TV, DVD and CD players.
It's comfortable, it's in the perfect spot, we love it here and we know you will too - enjoy your stay!

2nd floor (top) apartment on one level - no steps in the interior, and reached by wide gently rising stairs.

The third bedroom has 2 full single beds (one hideaway under the other) rather than bunks, allowing for 6 adults to sleep comfortably.
This apartment, in a quiet residential road, has been completely redecorated over winter and the garden area is immaculate. The pool is always beautifully clean and has a section for very small children.
There's free parking outside on the street , though a car's really only needed for venturing beyond the resort. Local transport is excellent.
The mid-stay maid service for those staying 2 weeks provides for a change of towels, usually on the middle Friday.
