The apartment has a covered terrace and is surrounded by its own private garden, ideal for sunbathing. There is one double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, plus a twin bedroom with separate shower room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is a TV (with English channels)/DVD/video recorder plus stereo system in the lounge. Please note that the apartment is strictly non-smoking. |

A NON-REFUNDABLE reservation deposit of £100 is required upon booking, with the balance due not less than 4 weeks from arrival date. For cancellations with 3 weeks notice, we are happy to refund 75% of the balance of the rental cost; 2 weeks notice - 50%. 1 weeks notice 25%. Less than 1 week - no refund unless we are able to re-let the apartment. PLEASE NOTE: £100 cash security deposit required on arrival (returned on departure providing there is no damage to the apartment)
