The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. One full bathroom and one shower room.
Kitchen (refurbished 2005) has fridge / freezer, washing machine, cooker and microwave. The lounge has ample seating with coffee table T.V. and video player. Sliding patio doors lead to the balcony. There is a seperate dining room with table and chairs with second patio door leading to balcony. |

Accessibility
The apartment is acessed vai internal staircase only and there is no lift. However the stairs are not steep risers. Linen is changed every week and apartment is cleaned.
Further Details
There is a small supermarket about 100 metres from the apartment and the complex of Villa Concha is close by. A short distance away is the Sail and Surf for sailing and tuition. For a relaxing holiday there is no need for a car.
