A lovely first floor apartment with large balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
Situated in the peaceful El Pinaret area yet only minutes away from shops, fantastic restaurants and lively bars. The Square, which comes alive at night, is a pleasant 10 minute stroll away along the sea front, and the beautiful sandy beach only 2 minutes from the apartment.
The apartment consists of lounge/diner which is equipped with Sky TV, DVD and CD player. The lounge leads onto a large balcony where all the family can comfortably gather. Leading from the lounge and balcony is a fully fitted kitchen with a separate utility room. There are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms(one double, one twin, and one with bunk beds that is perfect for 2 young children) and two complete bathrooms ( one en-suite). The 2 larger bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and there are tower fans for the small bedroom and the lounge.
All in all a perfect holiday apartment in an ideal location. Please enjoy as much as we do, and treat it as you would your own home. Please restrict smoking to balcony. |
