This large first floor apartment is located in the quiet residential area of Pinaret, among pine trees and singing birds. The beautiful sandy beach is within a five-minute walk and the centre of the town within a beautiful ten-minute stroll, bypassing many restaurants, bars and shops.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and air conditioning and the other with two single beds. One full bathroom and one shower room. Very bright large lounge with air-conditioning, satellite TV and internet WIFI conection. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A laundry area includes washing machine, cloth-line and ironing board with iron. Dining area, and large balcony off the lounge with table, chairs and loungers, perfect for outdoor eating. Sailing and diving facilities are located in the same beach next to the apartment. A sailing and a diving school operate from May to October.For those who are fond of golf sport, a 9-hole course is twenty minutes away in Pollensa and the fantastic 18-hole course of 'Alcanada' is only twenty-minute drive far. There are many organized walks for walkers of all ages and ability.Taxis and a good bus service is on hand, however car hire is possible nearby. For a relaxed holiday, there is no need of a car.
