The lounge/diner leads on to a balcony with table & chairs for alfresco dining, overlooking the garden and children's pool. The balcony has access to the private roof terrace with sun loungers and panoramic sea and mountain views. There is a separate adult's pool set in lawned gardens along with overground and underground private parking.
The apartment is in the quiet area of Llenaire with the beach 150m away, where you will also find the nearest supermarket and restaurants. There is also a bus stop servicing Alcudia, Pollensa old town and Palma. The main centre and Port of Pollensa is just a short stroll away along the seafront where there are many bars, restaurants, shops and the weekly market.

There is a lift or stairs to the 2nd floor.
A basic welcome pack including water, milk, tea and coffee will be provided and a full pack can be ordered for a small additional charge - very useful for late arrivals.

Further Details
A private transfer (max 4 people) can be arranged both to and from the airport if required.
If you wish to visit other parts of the beautiful island of Mallorca, a hire car is recommended. However, a car is not essential because all amenities are within walking distance from the apartment.
High chair, cot or other baby equiptment can be arranged if needed.
