Beautiful penthouse with private roof terrace
This spacious fully air-conditioned top floor flat, one of six, is close to Llenaire’s lovely sandy beach. The area is quiet and much favoured by families in the high season and walkers, golfers and cyclists at other times. The owners have furnished the flat beautifully and request no smoking within the apartment.
The double master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and the second twin bedroom has its own full bathroom. One very large reception room forms the lounge and dining area which leads directly to a sunny balcony and secondary dining area. The kitchen is well fitted with its own utility room. The balcony gives access, via a spiral staircase, to a private roof terrace that captures the sun and views from all directions. The pool and surrounds are for the exclusive use of the six apartments.
The flat has satellite TV, a music system, log burning stove and full warm air heating. There's easy access to beach walks and the beautiful Tramuntana mountain range. It's a five minute drive to either Puerto Pollensa's main square or Pollensa Old Town and market days are Wednesday and Sunday, all year round.

AIRPORT PICK-UP AND TRANSFER SERVICE
Our English driver will meet you at Palma airport, drive you to and show you over your apartment, have your keys and arrange a time to collect you for your return trip. Please ask for full details.
Guests arriving at the apartment after 00.30 need to notify us before booking.
Further Details
The pool is communal to the six apartments. There is ample street parking and this is a quiet, safe family area. A car is not necessary for a family beach holiday, but advisable for explorers. We request no smoking inside the apartment.
