Charming Apartment in Pollenca old town
A delightful, spacious apartment in the old town of Pollenca. Situated in one of the quietest streets in this medieval town, yet only a few minutes walk from the Calvari steps and the main square. The property offers wonderful views from the furnished terrace across the town to Puerto Pollenca, Cala san Vicente and Alcudia beyond.
Our apartment, which is all on one level, is tastefully furnished and offers one large double bedded room and one twin bedded room, both with shuttered windows and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There is one bath with shower over and WC, with the additional facility of a further cloakroom and WC.
There is a reading room with an additional sofa leading onto the terrace. The main sitting room has two sofas, an armchair, 2 coffee tables, table lamps, a satelite TV and CD player. Ample CD and videos for use. The spacious kitchen/diner is well equipped with large fridge/freezer and extendable table. Beautifully tiled floor throughout.
Our apartment is our holiday home whilst we are in Majorca, this is reflected in the decor and furnishings. We love it!

The apartment is on street level and on one floor of an original house. But the pedestrian access is via steps, so is not recommended for wheelchair users. Our nearby representative will be there to meet you on arrival.

A truly delightful apartment in this peaceful location in the old town of Pollenca with its bustling Sunday market and close to the famous 365 Calvari steps. The main square is only five minutes walk away, where you can sit at the many bars and excellent restaurants, or just watch the world go by. This is an ideal base to visit the Monastry at Lluc through the Tramantana Mountains with its spectacular views. Or drive to the gorgeous bays of Formentor, Puerto Pollenca and Cala san Vicente, all just a few kilometres away.
